What the Bot Stores

When you open a ticket, the bot stores your Discord user ID, your answers to the ticket form, and when the ticket was opened and closed. Transcripts of ticket channels are saved, including messages, images and profile pictures. If you rate your support, the rating is stored with the ticket.

Why

To handle your ticket and keep a record of reports, appeals and staff decisions for the server you opened it in.

Who Can See It

Staff of the server the ticket was opened in. Each server's tickets are kept apart, and staff of one server cannot see another server's tickets.

Storage and Removal

Data is stored on Cloudflare. To ask for your tickets to be deleted, contact the staff of the server you opened them in. Removing the bot from a server stops it collecting anything new there.
