The Bot

Any server can add the ticket bot. Each server's staff decide how tickets are used there. Tickets are for genuine support requests, reports and appeals, and misusing them can lead to a server removing your access.

Transcripts

Ticket conversations are saved. Transcripts can only be opened by the server's staff after signing in with Discord. Do not share passwords or payment details in a ticket.

Staff Panel

Each server's panel is for that server's staff. Ticket information seen there must not be shared outside the staff team. The bot may be removed from servers that use it to break Discord's Terms of Service.
